ASHLESH RAO is a Certified NLP Trainer, Master Practitioner, Sports & Performance Coach and the Co-Founder of Neoway Academy.
Ashlesh is personally trained and tutored by NLP Master Trainer and best selling author Owen Fitzpatrick.
He has also been trained by Dr. Richard McHugh, Dr. William Horton HAL Management Academy and was part of Tony Robbins' FIRE WALK SEMINAR.
He works with individuals, children, professionals, homemakers and sportspersons at the State, National and International level in producing breakthrough results.
Apart from coaching individuals and organizations, Ashlesh also leads innovative, fun, creative workshops for teachers, managers, children and groups assisting people discover what they truly want, moving to the next level and being happy.

MONICA THIMMAJI is a Performance Coach, a Certified NLP Master Practitioner.and the Co-Founder of Neoway Academy.
She is personally trained and tutored by NLP Master Trainer and best selling author Owen Fitzpatrick.
Monica loves working with children and not just enabling them to develop their learning skills, she assists them in make learning a joy thus helping them develop their confidence and self esteem.Apart from working with children, She assists and empowers homemakers and individuals in creating and living their lives powerfully.Monica integrates NLP, EFT and Brain Gym while working with children helping them develop their brain efficiency and skills. She is best known for her gentle, caring and creative approach while working with children and individuals.

SHRAVANA RAO is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and a Accelerated Learning Skills Coach.
A qualified architect, she has worked at different firms, ultimately realising her self-expression as a teacher. and then worked as a college lecturer for 5 yrs, doing a lot of courses simultaneously, that allowed her to explore different fields, including the Neoway Learning Skills Coach program that helped her realise her longstanding passion in working with children and students.
She also has a fascination for energy work and different forms of Healing. She looks forward to being a Pranic Healing teacher someday and has a reputation for being an energy scanner!

NANDANA BADAMI is a certifed NLPMaster Practitioner.
She is extremely passionate about making a difference and working with children. Seeing them move forward in their ability to learn and be themselves is what she loves doing.
An engineering graduate from MSRIT she has worked previously with a training and coaching organisation for 18-22 year olds. She led the team that was responsible for coaching young people at several workshops while she was still in college.
She takes a special interest in helping people express their creativity and loves designing. Plus. She Smiles a Lot and makes people around her Happy:)For your information, Nanana is the baby of our group :-)

SANDEEP PONNAPPA is a certified NLP Practitioner.
He has done his MBA from National Institute of Management, Bangalore and has 13+ years of experience in the area of operations , General Administration, HRM and liasion work.
He believes in making a difference to children and people and wants to contribute to making this world to be a better place to live in. Extremely passionate about nature and wildlife.
